OwnselfCheck is independent and is not endorsed by URA, MOE, LTA, SLA, data.gov.sg, or any other Singapore Government agency.

- URA Data Service, Private Residential Property Transactions. Prices are caveat-based; exact floors and unit numbers are not supplied.

- LTA MRT Station Exit. Station distance is measured to the nearest published exit.

Important limitations
- Floor levels are five-storey bands, not exact floors or unit identities.
- Identical-looking caveats can be genuine separate transactions because URA provides no transaction IDs.
- Historical records may later be corrected at source; suspected replacements are reviewed before an older record is excluded.
- School and station distances are straight-line estimates. Official P1 distance is determined by MOE's system.
- Figures are descriptive research aids, not valuations, financial advice, or predictions.
Operational privacy
The site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. It stores recently viewed and saved project IDs locally in the visitor's browser.
OwnselfCheck records a small set of aggregate, first-party product events—for example, whether a visitor used the screener, saved a project, opened a comparison, or exported data. These events contain no search text, project ID, page URL, cookie, account identifier, IP address, or browser fingerprint. They are used only to understand which tools are useful and where the discovery flow needs improvement.
When the application throws an uncaught error, it may send the error message, source location, stack trace, and current project/chart path to a first-party error endpoint. OwnselfCheck does not write the visitor's IP address, cookies, account identifier, or user-agent string into those error reports. Reports are used only to diagnose failures.
